A 37-year-old man has sprayed olive oil on the outskirts of Vladimir Lenin's mausoleum in Moscow's Red Square to "revive" the late communist leader, according to local media.
The incident took place on the night of March 14, when that individual anointed with paints some cobbles near the entrance to that tomb, which is closed to the public for repairs, while shouting: "Get up! Get up!".
The Russian authorities detained that person, who offered no resistance. Subsequently, a medical check-up determined that he suffers from personality disorders and needs psychiatric help. Finally, he was released and had to pay a fine equivalent to seven dollars for inappropriate behavior.
