Ohio Police present their latest fabled case
Apparently the 'masked bandit' wanted to take a nap, apparently tired after looting the kitchen.
A police officer responded on Tuesday to a report from a North Ridgeville (Ohio, USA) family that they discovered a raccoon sleeping in the dishwasher. After breaking into the home through the bathroom and looting the kitchen, the 'masked bandit' seems to have decided to take a nap on the appliance, where he was found next to an apple by the agent, who released him.
According to the Police Department, it is not strange for agent John Metzo to respond to this type of situation in which different animals appear involved in unusual circumstances, so it was fortunate that he was on duty that day.
"You may remember Metzo for hits like: 'There's a kangaroo jumping next to my car' and 'Um ... a cow just fell from a trailer that was going down the road," wrote the uniformed men on Facebook. " North Ridgeville Police Department is proud to present to you our latest 'gift': 'There's a Raccoon in My Dishwasher,' "the post concludes.
"No raccoon was harmed during the completion of the Department's Facebook post," the Police added wryly.
