According to one of the former workers, the establishment "was run by teenagers and it was a terrible workplace."
Recently, a former employee of a McDonald's location in California, in the US, posted a video on TikTok showing a completely empty fast food restaurant and a note that reads: "Everyone resigned. We are closed. "

"Well, that happened today and it was a lot of fun," the former worker wrote in the description of the post, which has gone viral and has already accumulated more than 2.3 million views.
In the comments section, some users suggested that the massive resignation responded to salary disagreements, but the former employee clarified that neither she nor her colleagues had resigned for that reason, but because the restaurant "was run by teenagers and was a place of terrible job. " In addition, she added that superiors found it difficult to help them when necessary.
On the other hand, many Internet users identified with the video and applauded the decision of the establishment's staff.
"I think anyone who has ever worked in the service sphere will agree. Good for you," wrote one.
"Can this become a trend in toxic work environments? It's great," commented another.
