Woman finds old warehouse full of food under her new homeAug 052021
After spreading what happened on TikTok, her followers urged her to try some of the food she found, to which she replied that she was normally "quite adventurous", but she did not feel like getting sick and it also disgusted her.
Kira Wennerstrom, a woman from Colorado, USA, recently made an impressive discovery under the floor of the house where she had recently moved.
Wennerstrom had been sharing on his social networks the progress in the works of a second-hand store that he intends to set up in his new home. That's what he was when, lifting an old rug off the floor, he discovered that underneath was a wooden hatch that led to a dusty staircase. At the bottom of the steps stood a mysterious door.
Amazed, she asked her TikTok followers whether or not she should sign in. Many of her prompted her to do so, so she ultimately decided to turn to her father to help her clear the mountains of dust blocking the door. When she managed to open it and step into the small space on the other side, she was even more surprised.
It was an old abandoned warehouse, full of jars and cans with food of all kinds.
Evidently the food was covered in mold and was not fit to be eaten.
Following the find, she commented that she was unsure of the purpose for which the winery was originally built, but that it appeared that between the 1950s and 1970s it had been used to store food. In fact, one of the cans read "1979."
Wennerstrom's followers, for their part, urged her to try some of the food, to which she replied that she was usually "quite adventurous" but that if she did she would probably "get botulism." Also, she added that she disgusted him.
Videos about the 'secret cellar' have gone viral and amassed millions of views in just a few days.
