Jace Spicer and his girlfriend Makita Donovan decided to shoot a romantic scene during a sunset, when an intruder appeared and ruined the shot.

They wanted a romantic take, but the recording ended up turning into a scene that looks like something out of Alfred Hitchcok's 'The Birds'.

Jace Spicer and his girlfriend Makita Donovan were on a beach in Dampier, Western Australia, watching a sunset, when they decided to capture the idyllic moment. Spicer set his phone on the sand, framing a good view of the shore, and hit the record button to film them walking away into the evening light. However, as soon as the couple took a few steps forward, a seagull with its beak wide open entered the scene. Being in the foreground, the bird generates the false feeling that it is a giant creature that is about to eat the tiny couple. Just after another seagull appears that completely covers the picture, ruining the frame, picks up The Dodo.

Only the next day the bride and groom verified with laughter that the birds had stolen all the limelight. However, both now believe that the scene with seagulls is much better. "I turned to my girlfriend and said, 'Imagine if I had proposed to you?" Spicer commented.
